My husband and I just recently purchased our first home. Little did we know how much hard work it was going to take to get the house ready to move in!! Drooping drywall, missing tape, nail pops, spackling, sanding, spackling again, primering, painting, ENDLESS cleaning, new carpet, new stove, plumbing problems, 2 new doors and an ant issue. It will All be worth it in the end when we know that our landlord isn't coming into our house when we aren't home. WE are the landlords now! Kudos to carpenters and house flippers...it's a dirty job!

I think everyone out there is ready for some nicer weather. I also hope everyone is ready and looking forward to Easter. This is the earliest Easter since 1818 and will not be this early again until 2285!! Easter eggs are a symbol of rebirth, so remember that this Sunday when you are celebrating with your families.
