Robin Williams' plan... (Hard to argue with this logic!) 1) 'The US will apologize to the world for our 'interference' in their affairs, past & present. You know, Hitler, Mussolini , Stalin, Tojo, Noriega, Milosevic, Hussein, and the rest of those 'good 'ole' boys', we will never 'interfere' again. 2) We will withdraw our troops from all over the world, starting with Germany , South Korea , the Middle East, and the Philippines. They don't want us there. We would station troops at our borders. No one allowed sneaking through holes in the fence. 3) All illegal aliens have 90 days to get their affairs together and leave . We'll give them a free trip home. After 90 days the remainder will be gathered up and deported immediately, regardless of whom or where they are. They are illegal ! ! France will welcome them. 4) All future visitors will be thoroughly checked and limited to 90 days unless given a special permit ! ! No one from a terrorist nation will be allowed in. If you don't like it there, change it yourself and don't hide here. Asylum would never be available to anyone. We don't need any more cab drivers or 7-11 cashiers. 5) No foreign 'students' over age 21. The older ones are the bombers. If they don't attend classes, they get a 'D' and it's back home baby. 6) The US will make a strong effort to become self-sufficient energy-wise. This will include developing nonpolluting sources of energy but will require a temporary drilling of oil in the Alaskan wilderness. The caribou will have to cope for awhile . 7) Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don't like it, we go someplace else. They can go somewhere else to sell their production. (About a week of the wells filling up the storage sites would be enough to change their minds.) 8) If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not 'interfere.' They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need. Besides most of what we give them is stolen or given to the army. The people who need it most get very little, if anything. 9) Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island someplace. We don't need the spies and fair weather friends here. Besides, the building would make a good homeless shelter or lockup for illegal aliens. 10) A ll Americans must go to charm and beauty school. That way, no one can call us 'Ugly Americans' any longer. The Language we speak is ENGLISH..learn it...or LEAVE... Now, isn't that a winner of a plan? 'The Statue of Liberty is no longer saying 'Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses.' She's got a baseball bat and she's yelling, 'you want a piece of me?' '
WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BOARDS HERE ON THIS LAYOVER.COM WE REALLY WANT TO KNOW ?
Here is a long description on how to post comments: I know if you get comments from Photobucket & have it saved to your album on there, there are 4 codes for each picture in top to bottom order. The 2nd down the line is the one you would use (click in that in line & it will highlight), if you wait long enough for a persons page to totally load up on here. Then when you go to the "leave comment" box, click on the tree next to the word HTML. When that box is done loading (it'll pop up towards the top of your page), pull down on the bottom line to stretch the box so you can see everything inside thebox. On the image/url line at the top, right click & paste your link from Photobucket, tab down just past the dimensions box & stop for a minute. When you see the dimensions pop-up in those two little boxes you can then click on insert & it will put it in the comment box. Watch & make sure the dimensions aren't bigger than 400 x 400 before clicking the insert button. If so, you need to take the size down. Example if it shows as 430 x 450, cut it evenly in both boxes. Take away 50 off each number & in the dimensons boxes type in 380 in the first & 400 in the 2nd box. Then insert. Sorry for being long-winded & I hope this helps. It took me a while to get the hang of it. Sometimes if a page takes too long to load, I copy the 3rd link (from Photobucket), post it in the comment box on that persons page & post it (Without waiting for their page to totally load.) Also, you won'thave to use the "tree" in this case. When you click on a comment that you want saved to your "Photobucket album", close to the "save to album" (or something close to that wording) it will give the dimensions of that comment. BE SURE that it isn't over the 400 x 400 mark in order for you to be able to use the 3rd line. I do it this way ONLYwhen my computer is slow at loading someone's page, which is often enough.
Inside these wall's She stands there with a look of wonder in her eyes and a will that no one can see . She wants to say so much yet fear holds it in cause to release the thoughts inside means she will be opening herself up again and to do that would take more out of her than any one would know these days . She hides inside her own walls just to keep her self from feeling anything but knowing that she alone is the one that hurts cause she still can feel and it scares her to feel this way knowing that she can not share her feelings cause if she does the unknown can happen and in her eyes that is something she can't bear at this moment in time . Lost in a whirlwind of the haunts in her life she slowly shuts all doors not letting anyone know cause she knows it is best to do this. Only those that know her well enough will notice others will think she is just being quiet but the ones who know her will watch her fade back into that shell she came out of . The light no longer shines in her eyes she knows this . Her heart no longer solid now only remains tattered shreds of what it use to be the smiles are rarely real and her laughter is mostly forced trying to smile through the pain and hurt has become an art and now she hides behind the fake smiles and laughter cause it is safe there . She tried so hard but failed so miserably at the things she thought she had overcome but yet they haunt her the pains still there and it is still real now not as strong but still the wounds are there she knows at somethings she is a failure and that she must just keep the walls up and secure cause to drop them and try again would be a disaster trust and faith are so hard to hold onto now . She asked why once before and the answer never came and the only thing she could see was that she wasn't worth the time to be loved but she was worth the time to inflicting the pain upon . She sits now with a tear's that rolls down her face wanting to make wishes of dreams that may come true but she has become a realist she could wish all day and all night but no wish that she can make will ever mend her tattered heart . No wish will make her believe like she once did and no wish will make her smile and the light in her eyes come back to shine as before . They say time heals all wounds but sometimes time just passes you by and you are left still bleeding from those wounds that you wanted so badly to heal . Walls are easy to build when no ones trying to get in and sometimes they last for ever and sometimes they only last for a brief time but no matter how long they are there no matter if they ever come down . The things that made them be built to begin with will always remain some where within you . The baggage we hold on to and let go of from things in the past are not always meant to be kept so close but they often are . They should remind us of things we have over come and the things we don't want to repeat again . Just remembering to move forward and not shut down sometimes is very hard to do . So walk softly on this heart of mine for it is not hole it is weak and it has many flaws with a lot of left over pain and hurt behind these walls . A glimmer of hope still remains that one day these walls that have been built will fall but it is the fear of the unknown now that keeps them up and the security that she knows that behind these walls it want hurt so bad that no one will notice the distance she has put between her and them . Yet she still wants to make that wish that one day these walls want hold any pain and the laughter and the gleam in her eyes will return maybe just one day these walls will fall again and she will be free to feel again without fear and without the walls around her heart .
