well today I learned a bit more about electricity. My son was helping with some outside chores and put the charger on the 4 wheeler battery, heard a pop and we had smoke coming out of the ground about 4 feet away from our power pole. after several phone calls and attempts to fix things...finally dug into the meter box and disconnected the second meter.
