I am an ex-trucker, turned truckers wife. I have almost 7 years in a truck going cross country. I am also Mom to one amazing seven year old boy. My husband and I met on Layover.com about six years ago under totally platonic circumstances and here we are many years later a happily married couple. Never in a lifetime would I have expected to meet the love of my life on a trucker's website!!! The realm of trucking --- and the internet --- make the world a small small place.

I live in the Pacific Northwest (never mind the Georgia Girl name....lol) and have taken up several new hobbies to include trail walking and scrabooking although I don't do near enough of either of them. I am very involved with my church family and enjoy contemporary christian music.

I have a lot of memories stored away regarding my years in trucking and know that one day I will be back in a truck. But for now, I am content with my life as wonderful as it is. I look forward to the future....for the first time in a lifetime.
