Well, here we are, just a few days away from that much needed extra day off...Labor Day!!
With it being a holiday weekend, have you noticed the freight rates going down? Holiday rates as they call them. Freight brokers know that drivers need to get home, so they can drop rates and make a few extra bucks.
Stand your ground, make sure that you get a rate that is profitable to you and your business. It is hard enough to make a living as it is. Don't be taken advantage of just because it is a holiday.
